I saw on a thread a while back that numbers are around 600-1 million based on company and revenue production

I work in corporate banking and the lifestyle is significantly better, 60 hours is a bad week and 70 hours is when we are working on an M&A deal which is terrible.

I average around 50 hours a week and I personally find the work not that interesting but not because of anything particularly negative, its just this job is more suitable to people who actually want to have a life outside the office, in other words people like myself find no kind of work we do in the office interesting because I'll always rather be spending my time in leisure. I'll never find a hairy bolt on M&A or a restructuring deal "interesting" and people who do may not like corporate banking.
