What is your daily phone time use?
Title of the question pretty much says it all. How many hours do you spend on your phone per day? Mine says I average about 6 hours per day... is that a lot? What about electronics in general (excluding time spent on laptop doing work)
I'm starting to feel like 6 hours is too much, and it's crazy coz i got friends who spend upwards of 10 hours per day.. the first thing i look at when I wake up are my notifications and at this rate I can't fall asleep without a youtube video playing as background noise
On a slow work day ~3-4hrs
On a busy day ~1-2hrs
