What is your experience at a LMM boutique Investment Bank?

To those of you working or have worked at a lower-middle market investment bank doing deals around $10-100MM, what was your experience? What did you do, what were your responsibilities, did you model, did you get much training, how long did you stay, did you lateral to a bigger bank or PE, how was comp, how were hours, how did skills transfer, etc. Interested in hearing individuals experiences with these smaller banks.
