What % of finance kids end up in IB / PE / HF / AM ?
Curious as to what the number could be.
Every year there are around 51,779 Finance graduates from universities ( undergrad)
How many of these end up in high finance ? What is our conversion rate ?
And to those who don’t end up in high finance, what jobs do they get ?
Like traditional finance jobs ( insurance sales, financial representative, etc) pay like 60k on average while the typical first year IB analyst will comfortably make 140k - 200k all in.
