What % of seniors do you hate working for?

Joined my current team for the culture. In the past year, I’ve realized that I genuinely despise working with ~50% of the seniors in my group. They’re largely inconsiderate narcissists who, frankly, make life unnecessarily bad. I always find myself wondering if there are teams out there where like 80% of the team is great to work with (grass is always greener, right?) I’m going to the buy side anyways, so it doesn’t really matter. But, I’m curious, what’s the ratio of good to bad seniors on your teams?
