What percentage of people who recruit for investment banking land an offer?
Curious to hear some anecdotal takes on this - particularly across different schools. Obviously nobody knows for sure but best estimates would be helpful. Thanks!

If by Investment Banking you consider Big 4 advisory, regional MM and LMM boutiques, and all front office roles at large institutions, then the % would be around 25-30%.
If by Investment Banking you only consider roles in the IBD division at major banks, Elite Boutiques and UMM Boutiques, then the percentage drops below 7-8%
