What should I learn this summer for junior SA recruiting?
I was asked by an MD recently at an IB that if he takes me on, he'd like me to let him know what I'd like to learn this summer. I was wondering if there was anything specific I should ask that will be crucial to helping me land a job next summer as an SA at a bigger name bank. Any ideas? I know modeling gets thrown around a lot, but I also heard almost none of the SA's know how to model coming in, so that doesn't really make a difference.
