What should I teach myself about CapIQ's excel plug in?

I've recently gained access to CapIQ. I'm currently a sophomore (non-target) and hoping to recruit for IB next summer. I'm trying to make myself a better candidate and learn as much as I can about CapIQ so I can stick it on my resume. What should be my main priorities with their excel plugin? What is used most on a day-to-day basis from it? How should I go about teaching myself?

Got laid in High school. Didn't care about college. Now I'm at a non-target. So, now I have to be a sweaty try-hard.

Not worth it really. Better to spend your time studying the guides, finding a relevant internship
