What to do?

I have nothing as an internship this summer and I intend to re apply for SA 26. I have been able to work a part-time in something tangent to IB and I am at a target but I feel like I need something on my CV for this summer to stand a chance for SA 26. What should I do this summer? Feeling really lost and do not know what to do. I have cold emailed (and followed up) on more or less all boutiques in London and right now emailing Corporate Finance Advisory boutiques but no luck. Would anyone have some advice? Thanks.
