What To Do? - Ghosted By HR Contact After Phone Screen

I recently had a phone screen with a large institution to potentially come in and interview for a Corp Dev/Strategy role. The phone interview was with a 'Talent Acquisition' professional. I thought it went well despite his lack of understanding about the IB product I worked on and how well it fit with the job requirements.

He told me he would be back in touch mid-next week and I set a reminder to follow up with him the following Wed. Tomorrow will be the 3rd Wednesday since then and I've since sent him 2 more follow-ups weekly.

I think I'm done stalking the HR guy and debating whether trying to connect with some senior people in the group is the way to go, or if I just sit tight and see if it eventually comes back my way. Thoughts?

It's been 3 week - sorry bro. Doesn't seem like you got it - happens to everyone, go out and find something new rather than waste your time waiting.
