Long story short I'm working at a BB in the back-office and I found HR recruiting process information, which has all the MD's/VP's that will be conducting interviews. Should I be reaching out to these people for coffee chats (so I build a little rapport) or should I not talk to any of them, and maybe just try to build connections with analysts/associates on their team?
