what to do next?
I interned over the summer at a BB, didn't get a return and I was recently in talks with another team in a different branch of the IB division for an analyst role but it's been crickets. I spoke to the desk head ~two weeks back and sent a follow-up email but I haven't heard anything since our phone call. I've been applying to other roles but it's continued to be rejection after rejection and I really don't know what to do at this point. I feel like I completely wasted this summer and I just feel like a disappointment. Any advice?
