What to do next...Need some advice.

I am an international student who had an internship with a 10-person+ M&A shop that does middle-market deals. After my graduation I was asked to come back as an analyst. However, they can't sponsor me to get a work Visa. Therefore, I have to leave at some point in the future ( maybe by the end of the year or even earlier than that). Since we don't have a solid deal flow I don't have much exposure to models ( I tend to learn advanced models myself and make sure I know everything by the time I leave). I help buy-side team find potential targets and help PE firms find potential add-on or platform targets as well. Other tasks are likewise. However, I do feel that I have gained more understanding of the industry and of the transaction process. My question is that is it possible for me to leverage my experience and land some interviews and potential offers at larger boutique shops? I am also planning to go get a MSF degree if I can't find anything by the end of the year.
I need some advice. Thanks
