What to do - Should I email HR?

I recently submitted my app for an SA position. However, this bank does not accept PDF formats for resumes. Therefore, I uploaded a Word format. When I previewed the upload, the alignment and style of my resume was all fucked up.

Should I email HR at the bank, attaching a PDF format of my resume to the e-mail, and asking them to attach it to my application?

Do you guys have any other suggestions

No, I wouldn't do that- they clearly asked for word documents. The same thing has happened to me in the past, and I just assumed I wouldn't get an interview at that bank- I didn't.

My guess is they do it on purpose to see which applicants are attentive to detail enough to make sure that doesn't happen. That could be wrong and is only my opinion, but I can't imagine why else they wouldn't accept pdf's.

Are you referring to MS? That's the only bank where I've seen it happen.
