What to do when interviewer is monotone, bored, and unengaged?

After months of grinding and networking, finally landed a few first rounds at some boutiques for 2019SA. just had a first round but the interviewer was very monotone, bored, and unengaged. 6 minutes into the phone interview he was literally reading the time out loud.

the interview was all behavioral. i didn't answer any questions wrong per se, but he responded to every single one of my responses with "uh huh" or "makes sense".

i'm usually super outgoing and enthusiastic, but when the interviewer sounds like he gives 0 shits about the interview, it definitely makes it harder for me. my question to you guys is: how do you perform well and distinguish yourself if you're getting interviewed by someone like that?

looking back, of course i should have sounded more enthusiastic about the position, but beyond that are there any tips or tricks to perform well and hype myself up more during those phone interviews?
