what to expect from random informational visit?

Randomly met an old high school teacher on the street the other day and I just found out that this teacher has a son who is a director at a bank. This teacher wrote my college rec so he knows me real well and now I actually vaguely remember him talking about his son to me a few year back (How would I know what a bank was in high school right?)

In any case I'm still looking for a job and my teacher made an appointment for me to see his son this Monday.

Any advice as to how I can approach this visit and how to make the most out of it? Thanks.

make a list of questions to ask him and memorize it, have topics to talk about etc. just make sure you have stuff to keep the convo going long enough that he's interested/impressed, and most importantly, that show that you really want to be in the industry. you've got a rec from his dad, who i'm sure he respects, so he'll prob be very ready to give you a chance (as opposed to a director who's just meeting you cuz he's an alum of the school and you happened to reach out to him). if you impress him, and the bank is hiring (a big IF), you'll have a good shot at either getting an interview
