Hi, I tried to call an alum today to see whats going on with the recruiting process and was told hes traveling. The assistant gave me a direct line to campus coordinator. Should I call that person? and tell them the alum gave me the number or say the assistant gave it to me and what should I say? Did you get my resume how is the process going? Or should I wait until the alum is back end of the week and call him?
