What to talk about in Career Discussion with an SMD?
I am currently interning at an EB as a finance intern having recently finished my first year of undergrad.
My current boss is now an executive having formerly worked as one of the top advisory bankers in the firm.
We have a meeting on the books to discuss career progression and/or experiences,
What things should I ask? How do I guide the conversation towards helping me pursue/secure summer analyst positions?
Is there anything I should avoid?
