You’re basically going to do nothing your first week. In fact, you’ll probably be more of a nuisance than a value add for the first 3-6 months, but that’s ok. Do some reading, get your inbox / drives set up, go through the regularly used back ups, comps file, precedents file. Ask lots of questions but try problem solve yourself first (where possible). That’s probably where you’ll start.
