Per the title...
I just starting working in BB credit risk and would like to make the jump further down the line.
I'm looking at this from a) ease of making switch and b) transferability of skillset. If you guys can think of anything else that would be great too!
Also would love to hear from someone who's made the switch.

Go BB Credit Risk. You're already "in-house" at the BB and part of the CIB.
I've seen several people from Credit Risk move to Lev Fin. Certainly doable.
You might want to be more specific about what responsibilities both these roles entail before asking for advice.
