Looking to make the move upstream come August. Anyone at any BBs/EBs care to chime in on whether banks will be looking to recruit FT analysts given how low deal flow is right now?

Like as in, worse than normal years, or just too early to think about FT?
Would assume he means worse than previous years given the market and it's uncertainty. Lateral market has similarly died down according to others
