What's Placement and how does it work?
I obviously know what it is, and I know the processes are going to be very different bank to bank. However, how does placement for coverage/industry groups work in general? How should you approach networking for placement? Should you only focus on alumni, assuming you went to a target, or should you talk to more people? When should you start networking?
