What's the difference between these 2 League tables for M&A advisory?

Hi everyone,

A couple of people on WSO posted these two league tables for M&A advisory a few days back, and the bank's rankings vary significant between the two. I was wondering why would that be the case, and which one of them is more credible? It would be great to get people's views on this.

so does the Reuters one take into account the deals mentioned in the Dealogic one?

Seems as if the Reuters is the more comprehensive.
