What’s the technical guide for rx?

it’s pretty clear for m&a it’s that 400 biws guide at least or questions from wallstreet prep.

How do people prepare for rx technicals? I’ve applied for a mix of m&a & rx and I have no clue where to start for rx technicals

There are some restructuring questions available in the BIWS/WSP guides, but I’m pretty sure that restructuringinterviews is considered the best for prep for RX.

$30 on their website. Others on this site say it’s completely worth it.

As someone who has interviewed for both types of roles, it takes much more studying for rx roles. You need to know everything from M&A as well as everything for rx. If you have interviews at both M&A and rx shops, I'd recommend just grinding for those M&A spots as it will be a lot of work to prep for rx in such a short period of time and you want to maximize chances of getting an offer. I hate to tell someone to not give everything your best shot, but if you don't have a preference one way or the other I'd recommend examining how you can use your time most efficiently.

But if you are determined to do rx, the restructuringinterviews guide is great.
