What's wrong with my experience

I am working at a boutique and I have been trying to get interviews either at buy side or Bulge Bracket or firms like Lazard, Houlihan Lokey, Evercore etc. However I am not getting any response from recruiters, executive and in-house . I even contacted alumni ( very strong alumni presence in Wall St) however no success in getting interviews. The only alumni who revert back are one's looking for position.
Even cold call is not getting much response. I am not able to determine what is the cause. What should I do to improve my chances. I do not like my current place, in terms of compensation and culture and want to move out.

Please let me know what should be my strategy whether I should just accept that there are more qualified candidates and hence no place for me at the big insitutions. Please take a look and suggest something

your resume is ugly as hell and has too much white space. clean that pig slop up son.

LOOK AT THAT BULLET POINT ALIGNMENT! how do you not understand how neurotic banks are about formatting and making everything look perfect? It's not even one small part, it's EVERYTHING.

maybe after you fix it up, you'll get more interviews.

While uploading to Razume , the resume formatting got screwed. My formatting on Word does not has issues which you see on Razume. If you ignore formatting what do you suggest

experiences look too bare bones, you need more experience details, fill in those sentences. also you should put down some extracurriculars... and interests.... u a work robot or what?

  1. Your actual investment banking experience (at most one year) is weak and less competitive comparing to those associates with prior analyst experience

  2. You have no idea how to write an investment banking resume. Please learn from M&I

  3. You are from a T20, not a T10 B-school. Still good, but not good enough

There is nothing much you can do about point 1 and 3, but improve on point 2 and I think you'll probably still have a shot.
