When do I receive signing bonus?
Will I get the signing bonus immediately after the summer internship upon signing or shortly before full time?

I would jump in with another question (also FT bonus) . In a case that my bank pays the signing bonus with the first salary, is it okay for you to ask to get that amount earlier before starting with work, just when I will have the most expenses.
Do you have money from the summer internship? Can your parents loan you money for a month or two?
If you have no other way to come up with it, fine to ask (go through HR and not your group) but I wouldn't if you have other easy options. Although it is pretty silly for a bank to not pay prior to you starting.

For SA got it with my first paycheck. For full-time got it a month after internship ended.

I'm getting mine in 2 payments, one within a month of signing and one w my first paycheck I believe
