When do intl students apply for h1b lottery?
currently rising intl senior and signed offer at BB. Anyone know how the h1b lottery system works, does BB help in the process etc.

The H1b visa is an employment based sponsorship, the company will do this for you. In all honesty, this should be negotiated as part of your employment agreement as well. What are you on atm - OPT?
if you are gainfully employed with a firm they should have told you right from the start that they will get the H1b and the green card for you.
