At what point during the recruiting process (BB/EB) do you select the product or coverage group you want to work in? During the application, interview, or the offer? I've heard that in some banks you won't know your group until after you take the offer.
Would appreciate any insight or personal experiences on the whole processs of selecting a group in general.
