When Should I Put In My 2 Weeks? (Bonus Conflict)

I'm currently an analyst at a MM and am a couple months away from my YE bonus. I have already signed an offer to join a BB/EB in the same coverage group (don't really compete against each other but MDs seem to know each other - guessing they have pretty large networks so not sure how much this matters). My question is: when should I put in my 2 weeks? Do I need to wait until my bonus hits the bank account (~2 weeks after YE review) or can I notice my staffer / group head during my YE review once they verbally tell me my bonus? Curious to hear if anyone has resigned right after hearing of their bonus and not received that amount due to spite or if banks typically won't do that to avoid a bad reputation. I want to resign as early as possible so I have a week or two off before starting at my new firm but don't want to get skimped on my bonus. Would appreciate any insight.
