When to Circumvent Senior Analyst
Recently lateraled to a new firm after doing 1 year as an analyst at a different bank (new coverage group for me). Came on as a AN1 at this bank and am having an issue with a senior analyst. Just started working w/ him, but has asked several times to review work that I've done, made no changes, and sent to VPs / senior associates as though he'd done the work. Considering just going around him and sending to seniors direct from now on.
Thoughts / anyone dealt with similar.
