A lot of of the banks (mostly elite boutiques) I am looking at for SA recruiting don't have specific recruiting periods on their webpage. Some of them don't even have deadlines (the ones that do are in January).
When should I be looking to submit my application? Now? In a month or so? First week of January? Also, if there is a chance that my GPA could fall this semester, does that change my decision (ie. to submit application before the end of the semester)?
