When will BofA RAISE BASE?
Really hope they don't pull the same thing as last time and announce a raise over a month after everyone else and say it will be effective in 6 months.

I am hoping that they'll magically just raise it... feeling pretty underpaid given my comp is still waiting for the $100k adjustment and street is already at $115k. That means I am paid $30k less than street....
So $100k didn't kick in yet? Also, isn't the street at $110k? Thought only GS/MS/JPM/Citi paid 110k excluding EBs
I think JP and a few others just raised to $115. My understanding is $100 kicks in February.
