Yeah it's 100K and should be 110K
They won’t be raising. Just a few days ago they announced to the 2nd year analysts that they won’t be matching 401k contributions for the full second year like they had said in the contract. They’re obviously strapped for cash and screwing over the juniors. Dead bank imo, everybody should/is looking to leave.

is the lateral market still hot? I thought fees are down across the street so people aren't really looking to hire but could be wrong. How long should one wait to lateral after starting FT?
Got an email yesterday, they increased SA comp by 10k prorated.

COO in our group confirmed CS will stay at 100k, not bumping to $110k, even though we have brought this up multiple times. A kid from Michigan literally pissed off and left the room lmao. Boy needs to learn to control the temper.

Nah probably looking but not resigning yet. The kid just said he has bad stomach but everyone can tell he left for not raising. Heard our ASO1 got $90k for first year bonus as well so would guess some will be leaving soon.
Did the COO provide a reason? It’s chump change to them and makes all the difference to us juniors …
Ours didn’t - just said the upper management decided what we have is the market and will stay. Product groups have not much live going on and have to pitch constantly with us (and we are 95% pitching) to stay busy.
We all need to spam HR / senior management as this is getting ridiculous. 110/125 is a must
