Where can I learn more about Rx/Bankruptcy

I have read Moyer and will soon look into the HL case study. I want to learn more about Rx and bankruptcy before I recruit IB next year, and I'm not sure where else to look. What else can I do to learn more?

Hey friend. I've been there myself! First time I visited this site I was so lost. Now I'm am on track more or less. It's a pretty hard concept to explain in a few words. It depends on the state you live in. It depends on how long one is bankrupt. It depends on other debts. It depends on a lot of things. Don't worry, every has gone through this. I know the perfect team https://ndandp.co.uk/director-disqualification/ to explain you all of these things. They are very supportive and explain everything thoroughly. Financial literacy is important and I'm happy you used this site for clarification!

Absolutely not lol. I got grilled on non-recourse guarantees within a cap table and I know Moyer inside and out.
