Hey, Which schools do EBs like Evercore,CVP and LAZ preffer for undergrad recruitment? There aren’t many oxbridge analysts on linkedin working at evercore.

I’ve been to a couple Evercore events and there’s a pretty healthy representation from your usual targets (Oxbridge, LSE, UCL, Durham, Bristol, etc)
All EB events and ACs I was at were dominated by LSE and Oxbridge with the occasional HEC, UCL, or Imperial. Anecdotally I have found the highest proportion of Oxbridge EB candidates at Rothschild, Lazard, and Centerview but take this with a pinch of salt.
Mostly LSE/Oxbridge then top European Masters (HEC etc) as well as good U.K. schools (Imperial, Warwick, UCK).
I have sit in an interview room at one of the more established EBs where there was literally only LSE/Oxbridge people. Not sure if that was intentional...
Depending on the EB - GHL is known to be very big on Oxbridge for instance but as a rule of thumb all Targets can make it to EBs, it's a struggle for most semi/non target schools with some exceptions (Laz and some UK schools for instance)

It depends, but I'd say PJT and HL are the most European ones with a high preference for European MSc students with a couple of internships under their belt.
Agree, seems that PJT analyst classes are typically 3/4 European masters - looks like they only take a handful from UK universities each year

Indeed most candidates for this group have prior IB or debt experience, and are from European universities allowing placement years.
