where do UK bankers get financial statements
so the US has the sec where companies have to file all their financial statements - is there a UK equivalent? Do I otherwise have to just go on the companies' corporate website and download their financials from investor relations?
many thanks
Investor relations is the most UI friendly and has more info, but you can also use Companies House for some things as well.
Agree with the above, companies house usually has been uploaded as a photocopy so the FS are virtually unusable in that format but they're all there. IR is mostly pdf's
