Where to network in the summer?

Used the search button, but couldn't exactly find the answer to my question - should I focus on one geographical location to network during the summer, or spend time in more locations?

For example, should I spend a week networking in NYC for SA recruiting, or spend 4 days in NY and 3 days in LA/SF/Chicago. All of the cities I mentioned have strong alumni network and tbh I have no particular preference to each (maybe NY is slightly better). Do I get a better result targeting one location?

Thanks for your inputs!
