Which Baird groups would it be worth lateraling to?
Hello everyone, I am currently doing my SA at an average MM (Solomon, RJ, Cowen, Oppenheimer), and I was wondering what groups it would be worth lateraling to at Baird for FT. I know their industrials is top class, but does anyone have any insight into the consumer, tech, and healthcare groups? I’ve seen a few people from my group at my MM go directly to top BBs in 2021, but I’m not sure if this is that feasible with the current job market anymore. Thank you for any insight on these groups and if the move would be worth it!
