Which banks pay the most?

Heard Q pays almost 300k for their AN1s after an amazing year. FT Partners was around $260k for AN1s last month with the revised $140k base. Which other boutiques pay more than $200k for AN1s?

How does pay at a boutique compare to a BB?

Q, FT Partners, Centerview are all paying insanely well. Q is probably paying the most out of any bank on the street right now.
