Is it safe to assume that the BBs will have bigger teams than the boutiques, or is it really group-dependent? I'm recruiting for MBA summer associate positions, and it seems like a lot of the banks I've been talking to only have one full-time associate on the deal. Is this normal? I would prefer somewhere with a bigger team if possible.
