I'd go with WF, but my opinion is subject to bias because I work there.
I'd say its better to work at a well-known fortune500 bank with relatively few credit problems, compared to some regional MM/boutique that your adcom hasnt ever heard of. That was my logic behind taking a WF offer (that, and I didnt land any interviews at better shops)
Wells or SunTrust. Probably wells for b-school, but SunTrust will give you a lot of opportunities specifically in the South. That bank is huge on the "good 'ol boy" system though.
