Which is better, GS or BofA for a career banker?
Currently a first-year analyst in a coverage group at BofA. Been on the job for about 12 months now and I've realized I want to do this for a few more years. Which is better though, stay at BofA or move to GS? I've enjoyed BofA in terms of wlb and culture but starting to wonder if GS might be better in regards to someone who wants to be a career banker. Let me know your thoughts!
