Hello guys, was just wondering that which job or experience would make it easier for anyone to break into ib if they don't get into Ib after graduation? Ib after graduation in India terms is very difficult. Would like to hear thoughts from you all.

Finance generally does it. PWM, AM or non-IB finance can be a stepping stone as long as you sell your story well. MC can also work in some cases provided you can have some finance experience or land at FS-focused firms (e.g. Oliver Wyman, Chappuis Halder or Zeb). Non-IB finance may allow you to make the move a bit sooner than MC.
