Which summer program to apply for

So I participated in some finance accelerator/program thing with a company called AmplifyME. Did it for free so didn't think much of it but got invited back to do another one of their programs, then a week after completing that I got an email saying that I got the option of being fast-tracked to a first round interview for some roles at MS. They sent me a link of the roles I can apply for. I double-checked with the AmplifyME director and he told me that the only opps they have are global markets, so no IB ones.

So, I wanted to know 2 things:

1. opinions/thoughts on which ones would be most relevant to IB

2. what the pay is like in the roles that you may know of

These are the options I've been given. I've done some searching up myself but thought I'd hit up WSO to get more reliable info on comps and things like that. Seems like the quant finance (institutional securities quantitative summer program) one might be the highest paying one, but it's also very niche, I'd guess very hard to get into, more technical than I might be ready for (I only know some basic python and java from taking a couple CS courses), and probably not relevant for IB.

My end goal is IB but I'm also keeping an open mind to other options especially if the pay is similar or if I find the work to be enjoyable.
