This past summer, I interned at a mid-market bank. I am currently applying for finance programs at F100 firms. Do you guys recommend using "Investment Banking Summer Analyst" or "Summer Financial Analyst" for my experience on my resume?
My concern is using that the IB title makes it seem that these jobs are backup for me when I am actually quite interested in them. Thanks!

Just use investment banking summer analyst, it'll definitely let them know you weren't doing operations or something back office at the MM IB, and you can explain your interest in corporate strategy during the interview.
