Which to choose

Hi guys!

I am new on this forum and I was wondering if I could get some advice as I don't really know much about the finance as an industry.

I got two graduate offers in London in Structured Finance, one with RBS, the other one with BNP Paribas. Which one should I choose? Why?

Thanks for the help.
