I'm currently doing an internship at a startup PE fund. I have an interview at a MM IB firm. Which will aid me more in the long run? Having a PE fund on my resume.. or possibly getting a FT offer from them? Or having a middle market IB firm on my resume. I am looking to get into ib for FT as I am currently going to be a Senior in college.

Well, the one that will offer you a FT position is the one that will help the most, but I suppose you wouldn't know which one that is yet (if any). I would probably go with the MM IB. I interned with a start-up PE firm, though they broke away from an established firm and enjoyed my experience, but didn't get exposure to the things that will help you with FT recruiting. However, if they are looking to hire one of their interns, then it might be a good decision to side with the PE firm. It would also depend on the IB as well and what their deal flow is looking like.
