Which will help me more?

I'm currently doing an internship at a startup PE fund. I have an interview at a MM IB firm.

Which will aid me more in the long run?

Having a PE fund on my resume.. or possibly getting a FT offer from them?

Or having a middle market IB firm on my resume.

I am looking to get into ib for FT as I am currently going to be a Senior in college.
