Which WSO Course Should I Start With for IB Prep? (Beginner Trying to Break In)
Hey everyone,
I’m looking to break into investment banking and want to start deepening my technical and industry knowledge. I came across the WSO courses and there seem to be quite a few — Financial Modeling, Excel, Accounting, Valuation, etc.
I’m a beginner, not from a finance background, but I’m serious about making this move. I want to make sure I’m building a strong foundation and not just skipping around.
For those of you who’ve used WSO’s courses or broken in from a non-traditional background — what would you recommend starting with? Any specific course that helped you the most in your early prep?
