Whites in High Finance

I'm a white student, looking to go into IB. However, even though white people are seen as over-represented in finance, is this true in the higher up positions as well? MD, PE partner, etc? I haven't seen many in my networking, so I'm not sure if this is more of an institutional or personal issue?

Nah dude, past vps it's dark skin-tones only. Thanks Obama

To live is to suffer, to survive is to find some meaning in the suffering.

This is a troll post following a recent post "I'm an East Asian student, looking to go into IB. However, even though Asians are seen as over represented in finance, is this true in the higher up positions as well? MD, PE partner, etc? I haven't seen many in my networking, so I'm not sure if this is more of an institutional or personal issue?" since most comments seem to be unaware.

Whoever this is definitely an idiot for sure it wasn't even funny.
