Who advises investment banks when they are bought / sold?
Am doing some research on M&A advisors who specialize in FIG transactions but more specifically investment banks. For example: an investment bank that specializes in advising on transactions involving other investment banks. I understand Freeman & Co. are one major advisor, but looking for their peers! Any assistance or insight would be much appreciated
